How long should my delivery take to arrive?
At the moment we’re just starting out again, so please allow up to 7 days for your delivery to be dispatched whilst we get our heads around the new logistics!
We will eventually be looking at a dispatch time of 2-3 days.
Once you have been notified about dispatch, your delivery should take 1-2 days to arrive in the UK, 5-7 days for Europe and around 14 days for US and non EU countries.
Where’s my tracking code?
We will be sending all items first class via the Royal Mail.
At the moment we aren’t able to offer tracking codes, but rest assure we’re working on it.
You will be notified once the item is dispatched and we will be able to have notice of a successfully delivered parcel however.
I’m having issues trying to checkout. What shall I do?
Don’t worry! All you need to do is contact us. For now, any issues you see just email tattoos@shaunhorlock.com and I’ll try and help you the best I can.
Our returns policy
We don’t have an issue if you’d like to return something for whatever reason!
Please send us an email to tattoos@shaunhorlock.com and let us know beforehand whether something is wrong or you’d simply like to return an item.
We offer a no fuss refund policy from the date of purchase for up to 28 days. All we ask is you cover the cost of the postage!

What are your rates?
I am currently £100 an hour, £275 for a half day (3 hours) and £500 for a day (6 hours tattooing).
My days are usually from 10:30am until 5:30pm, which leaves 30 or so mins for setup and another 30 minutes for lunch.
Where do you work?
I work at my own studio, Mystic Workshop, in a town called Bournemouth in the UK.
What do you tattoo?
I love tattooing anything fantasy or folklore based in my signature style, and if possible I like to create original characters, creatures and settings from My World.
